
SQUARE 1 restores movement at the source​
At first, a SQUARE 1 session can feel surprisingly simple—even underwhelming. All we’re doing is identifying head, eye, or joint positions that your brain subconsciously perceives as a threat. We gently place you in very specific positions and then check your nervous system’s response through a low-intensity test: you hold a limb in place while stabilizing against just a few pounds of light pressure.The ‘reset’ is equally simple. It may involve a light isometric contraction, moving your eyes or head in certain directions, or combining these with nasal breathing. As we clear out layer after layer of these hidden threats, clients consistently notice their pain, mobility, strength, balance, and overall performance begin to improve.
